Instagram
Instagram is where the brand's visual work gets seen. Connect the business account so an approved graphic goes out with its caption, produced in your own designs rather than rebuilt in a phone app.

What you get
- Publish an approved image asset to your Instagram Business account, with the asset's copy carried as the caption.
- The account is chosen once by the workspace, so nothing can be posted to an account nobody picked. Publishing to it is available only in workspaces where publishing is switched on, and every outbound action still waits on a human approval.
- Instagram requires an image on every post, so text-only assets are never sent to it. Publish-only by design: nothing is imported from Instagram.
How to connect
- Open Integrations on the left rail and switch to the Add apps tab. Connecting apps needs the org admin role; every member can see what is already connected.
- Find Instagram in the catalog and press Connect. A popup asks you to sign in to Instagram and approve access.
- Once approved, the app appears under Connected apps, where you can test the connection, review the tools it exposes, or disconnect it at any time.
Setup after connecting
- After connecting, enter the Instagram Business account ID the workspace posts to. You will find it in Meta Business Suite under the account's settings.
- Instagram publishes only what it can reach: the asset's image is handed over as a public link, which the platform mints for the post and nothing else.
How teams use it
The quarterly campaign's key visual is produced once at brand geometry, then goes to the feed with its caption already written from the same source material, without a designer exporting anything by hand.
