Salesforce
Salesforce is the revenue system of record. Connect it so content decisions can be grounded in real pipeline and account data rather than a hunch.

What you get
- Ask questions of your Salesforce data: accounts, opportunities, campaign influence. It connects as a reporting source: you ask questions of its data through measurement Jobs and AI Home, and the answers come back grounded in the numbers it returned.
- Move produced material toward Salesforce where the flow supports it. Publishing to it is available only in workspaces where publishing is switched on, and every outbound action still waits on a human approval.
How to connect
- Open Integrations on the left rail and switch to the Add apps tab. Connecting apps needs the org admin role; every member can see what is already connected.
- Find Salesforce in the catalog and press Connect. A popup asks you to sign in to Salesforce and approve access.
- Once approved, the app appears under Connected apps, where you can test the connection, review the tools it exposes, or disconnect it at any time.
How teams use it
Account-based content starts from the account record: what stage the deal is at and what the committee looks like shape what gets produced, and Salesforce is where those facts live.
