Box
Box is enterprise cloud file storage. Connect it to pull the documents, decks, and images your team already keeps there straight into ContentCanvas, and to file finished work back where the rest of the company looks for it.

What you get
- Browse and import files from your team's Box folders. Its items appear as their own tab in ContentCanvas, and importing one turns it into a source split into sections, exactly like an upload.
- Imported documents become real sources: searchable, quotable, and usable as the material behind any production run.
- Publish finished assets back into Box so approved work lands in the folders your team already shares. Publishing to it is available only in workspaces where publishing is switched on, and every outbound action still waits on a human approval.
How to connect
- Open Integrations on the left rail and switch to the Add apps tab. Connecting apps needs the org admin role; every member can see what is already connected.
- Find Box in the catalog and press Connect. A popup asks you to sign in to Box and approve access.
- Once approved, the app appears under Connected apps, where you can test the connection, review the tools it exposes, or disconnect it at any time.
How teams use it
Teams that keep their content library in Box use it as the bridge: the quarterly report or webinar deck comes in as a source, the one-pagers and social assets produced from it go back out as files, and nobody re-uploads anything by hand.
