Google Drive

Google Drive is most teams' shared filing cabinet. Connect it to import from the folders your content already lives in and to deliver finished work back into them.

What you get

  • Browse and import files from your Drive folders: documents, decks, PDFs, images, and recordings. Its items appear as their own tab in ContentCanvas, and importing one turns it into a source split into sections, exactly like an upload.
  • A Google Slides deck can train as a template natively from its link: the platform reads the deck's own layout and type straight from the source, one slide per page.
  • Publish finished assets into the Drive folders you choose. Publishing to it is available only in workspaces where publishing is switched on, and every outbound action still waits on a human approval.

How to connect

  1. Open Integrations on the left rail and switch to the Add apps tab. Connecting apps needs the org admin role; every member can see what is already connected.
  2. Find Google Drive in the catalog and press Connect. A popup asks you to sign in to Google Drive and approve access.
  3. Once approved, the app appears under Connected apps, where you can test the connection, review the tools it exposes, or disconnect it at any time.

Setup after connecting

  • On the Google Drive tab of Integrations, choose the folders the platform imports from and the folder published work is filed into.

How teams use it

Point the import folder at where campaign material lands and the publish folder at where the team expects deliverables, and the platform slots into the filing system you already have instead of replacing it.
