OneDrive
OneDrive is Microsoft-shop file storage. Connect it to import the material your team keeps there and to file finished work back.

What you get
- Browse and import files from OneDrive. Its items appear as their own tab in ContentCanvas, and importing one turns it into a source split into sections, exactly like an upload.
- Imported files become real sources: searchable, quotable, ready to produce from.
- Publish finished assets back into OneDrive. Publishing to it is available only in workspaces where publishing is switched on, and every outbound action still waits on a human approval.
How to connect
- Open Integrations on the left rail and switch to the Add apps tab. Connecting apps needs the org admin role; every member can see what is already connected.
- Find OneDrive in the catalog and press Connect. A popup asks you to sign in to OneDrive and approve access.
- Once approved, the app appears under Connected apps, where you can test the connection, review the tools it exposes, or disconnect it at any time.
How teams use it
For teams living in Microsoft 365, OneDrive is the door: the deck comes in from where it lives, and the produced set goes back to where the company looks.
