HubSpot
HubSpot is the system of record for many B2B marketing teams: contacts, campaigns, emails, and landing pages in one place. Connect it to ground your content decisions in that record and to push work toward it.

What you get
- Ask questions of your HubSpot data: campaign performance, list sizes, page conversion. It connects as a reporting source: you ask questions of its data through measurement Jobs and AI Home, and the answers come back grounded in the numbers it returned.
- Marketing material held in HubSpot can feed research and repurposing Jobs, so what you produce next builds on what already ran.
- Publish toward HubSpot where the flow supports it, for example content bound for its landing pages and emails. Publishing to it is available only in workspaces where publishing is switched on, and every outbound action still waits on a human approval.
How to connect
- Open Integrations on the left rail and switch to the Add apps tab. Connecting apps needs the org admin role; every member can see what is already connected.
- Find HubSpot in the catalog and press Connect. A popup asks you to sign in to HubSpot and approve access.
- Once approved, the app appears under Connected apps, where you can test the connection, review the tools it exposes, or disconnect it at any time.
How teams use it
The campaign retro stops being a copy-paste exercise: the platform reads the campaign's own numbers from HubSpot, tells you what worked in plain language, and the next asset is produced from that answer.
