Dropbox
Dropbox is shared cloud file storage. Connect it to import the material your team keeps there and to deliver finished work back into shared folders.

What you get
- Browse and import files from your Dropbox folders. Its items appear as their own tab in ContentCanvas, and importing one turns it into a source split into sections, exactly like an upload.
- Imported files become real sources the platform can quote, search, and produce from.
- Publish finished assets back into Dropbox for the rest of the company to pick up. Publishing to it is available only in workspaces where publishing is switched on, and every outbound action still waits on a human approval.
How to connect
- Open Integrations on the left rail and switch to the Add apps tab. Connecting apps needs the org admin role; every member can see what is already connected.
- Find Dropbox in the catalog and press Connect. A popup asks you to sign in to Dropbox and approve access.
- Once approved, the app appears under Connected apps, where you can test the connection, review the tools it exposes, or disconnect it at any time.
How teams use it
The recorded webinar sitting in Dropbox becomes a source; the clips, posts, and one-pagers produced from it are filed back beside it, so the team's existing folder habits keep working.
