For one-person agencies

Produce more client work per hour without hiring anyone

You are the strategist, the designer and the account manager. A client's Brand Kit is built from whatever you already have of theirs, a website and a pitch deck are enough to start, and the production that used to cost you a day comes back as a run you review.

  • Competitive research
  • Campaign artwork
  • Decks
  • One-pagers

Where a solo agency's hours actually go

Reading a new client's category cold, the night before the pitch

Nobody else on the account has read the category, because there is nobody else on the account. Read up to five competitor homepages and what is publicly documented about each one, then see all five side by side in a single landscape report.

One idea on the wall, because one is what the week allowed

A single direction looks like a guess next to the three the client expected, and building four more by hand is the work of another day you do not have. Put several real directions up instead, each carrying the same message a different way, so the client is choosing rather than approving.

Rebuilding somebody else's file in the client's brand, page by page

A client hands over a partner's deck or one-pager built in other people's colors, and retyping every page in their type and logo is a day of production before the thinking starts. Rebuild it in the client's own look instead, keeping its structure and its words exactly as they were.

Apps for One-person agencies

Three apps for the research, the pitch and the rebuild

Competitor analysis

Up to five competitors read the same way, written up each on their own, compared side by side, and mapped on one page.

You give it

  • Competitor websites
  • What you want to learn

What you get

  • A profile per competitor
  • The competitive landscape report
  • A one-page landscape map

Brand control

Each client's work starts from their own Brand Kit

A client's Brand Kit is built from whatever material you have of them, a website and a pitch deck are enough to start. Every asset for that client is built from that kit and the sources in its Gallery. A brand check against your rules reports what it finds beside the asset, so you review any flagged drift before it goes to the client with your name on it. An approval step a workspace admin can require, and direct publishing, are coming soon. Until then you download what you want to use.

How it works ยท Trust and security

Take the next client without adding a person
