Who it’s for

When to reach for Marketing audits & plans

  • Before a launch, to decide the one message, the audiences and the channels it runs on
  • When a page gets traffic but not sign-ups, to learn what stops visitors and how to fix it
  • Before briefing an agency or a designer, to hand them a researched plan instead of a hunch

Questions

Marketing audits & plans questions

What are the two formats?

Campaign plan is an agency-grade plan for one campaign: positioning researched against up to three competitors, up to three personas, channels, a budget split and a full messaging grid across the funnel. Landing page review gives up to three findings and three rewritten above-the-fold options, with a next-step plan.

Where does the research come from?

From the page or material you point it at, your competitors' public websites and your Brand Kit. Every source is listed in the report's appendix, and nothing is claimed that a source does not support.

Does the plan make the ads or the designs?

No. It delivers the plan only. The ads, emails, pages and posts it calls for are made afterward with the other apps, from the plan.

Can the review also redesign my hero?

Yes. Choose the second option when you start and one redesigned hero section is added to the three rewritten versions.

Do I need to connect any accounts?

No. It reads public pages and the material you choose in your Gallery, and nothing on your site or in your ad accounts is touched.

What do I download?

One branded, designed report with a sources appendix, saved to your Gallery as an editable report with a PDF download.

Marketing audits and plans read what you are promoting, the page you ask it to review, up to three competitors' public sites and your Brand Kit. It connects to none of your accounts and changes nothing on your website. How DesignTech handles your data
