Ops Manager: Direct AI Agents with Natural Language

Most AI content tools still require you to manually configure prompts, parameters, and workflows. DesignTech AI's Ops Manager takes a fundamentally different approach: tell it what you want in natural language, and it orchestrates the agents to make it happen.

What Is Ops Manager?

Ops Manager is a natural language interface that sits on top of the Skills and Playbooks system. Instead of manually wiring up workflows, you describe your goal — "Take this whitepaper and create a LinkedIn campaign with 10 posts, 3 carousel graphics, and an email sequence" — and Ops Manager selects the right Skills, configures the Playbook, and executes it.

How It Works

  1. Interpret — Ops Manager parses your natural language request into a structured execution plan: which Skills to invoke, in what order, with what parameters.
  2. Orchestrate — It assembles a Playbook from available Skills, routing each step to the optimal AI model and applying your Brand Kit constraints.
  3. Execute — The pipeline runs, with Ops Manager monitoring each step and handling errors (retries, parameter adjustments, human escalation).
  4. Deliver — Finished assets land in your review queue or push directly to destination channels, depending on your approval settings.

Goal-Setting, Not Prompt Engineering

The key insight behind Ops Manager is that content professionals shouldn't need to be prompt engineers. You set the goal — the platform handles the how. This is what agentic AI orchestration looks like in practice: natural language goal-setting driving multi-step content production without manual workflow configuration.

Who It's For

Ops Manager is designed for marketing managers, content leads, and campaign operators who know what they need but don't want to spend time configuring how AI produces it. It turns strategic intent into production output.
