Competitor Review Support

Everything you need to run Competitor Review well, and a human to write to when you need one.

Getting started

A credible, shareable competitor intelligence report: what changed, why it matters and what your team could do next.. A run is one conversation, and it always has the same shape:

  1. You bring your website, your competitors and what you care about.
  2. It asks “Which competitors should we watch, and what do you want to know about them?”
  3. You get a ranked intelligence report with sources, pdf and word download.

Finished means: a shareable competitor intelligence report is published in-app with pdf and word downloads, and the comparison baseline is advanced.. Everything Competitor Review makes is filed in your workspace, so you can come back to it, edit it, and export it any time.

Account and billing

Signing up

Competitor Review is self-serve. Sign up with your email to claim one full run without a card. Complete setup, supply your inputs, and start the run when you are ready. Pay only if you decide to keep using the app.

What it costs

Competitor Review is $79 a month with 5 runs per calendar month, or $29 per run in 1, 5-run packs. Subscriptions are paid upfront. Your first calendar month's run allowance is prorated and rounded up to a whole run. The invoice shows the applicable prorated charge. After that, the full run allowance renews each calendar month. Unused monthly runs do not roll over. Run packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. Full output and downloads are included. Existing outputs remain yours.

Managing your subscription

Your subscription, invoices, and payment method live on the billing page inside the app. You can cancel there any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Common questions

Where does the intelligence come from?

Publicly available sources only: company newsrooms, press releases, product and pricing pages, blog posts, customer stories, marketing campaigns and public social profiles. We never require access to your internal systems or a competitor's private data.

How is a recurring report different from the first one?

The first report establishes a baseline: who each competitor is, who they target, how they position themselves and their notable recent activity. Recurring reports compare fresh evidence against your last successful report and highlight new announcements and meaningful changes, with duplicate coverage combined.

What if a source cannot be checked?

The report clearly distinguishes 'no relevant activity found' from 'we could not check this source' in the coverage summary and limitations section, so you always know what was and was not reviewed.

When does a run count against my allowance?

Only when the in-app report, PDF and Word document have all been created and are accessible. Failed or incomplete runs don't consume an allowance and don't advance the comparison baseline.
