The invoice shows the applicable prorated charge. After that, the full run allowance renews each calendar month. Unused monthly runs do not roll over. Questions, answered
Where does the intelligence come from?
Publicly available sources only: company newsrooms, press releases, product and pricing pages, blog posts, customer stories, marketing campaigns and public social profiles. We never require access to your internal systems or a competitor's private data.
How is a recurring report different from the first one?
The first report establishes a baseline: who each competitor is, who they target, how they position themselves and their notable recent activity. Recurring reports compare fresh evidence against your last successful report and highlight new announcements and meaningful changes, with duplicate coverage combined.
What if a source cannot be checked?
The report clearly distinguishes 'no relevant activity found' from 'we could not check this source' in the coverage summary and limitations section, so you always know what was and was not reviewed.
When does a run count against my allowance?
Only when the in-app report, PDF and Word document have all been created and are accessible. Failed or incomplete runs don't consume an allowance and don't advance the comparison baseline.
